Australian Metal Stamping Company

Has been in the metal stamping manufacturing for over thirty years now making high-end quality precision metal stamping parts to customers all throughout Australia.

Metal Stamping (also known as pressing) is the process of placing flat sheet metal in either blank or coil form into a stamping press where a tool and die surface forms the metal into a net shape. Stamping includes a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes, such as punching using a machine press or stamping press, blanking, embossing, bending, flanging, and coining. This could be a single stage operation where every stroke of the press produces the desired form on the sheet metal part, or could occur through a series of stages.

Mechanical and hydraulic

Are the two types of stamping presses. Metal stamping machines cast, punch, cut and shape metal sheets. To create three-dimensional shapes, a flat sheet of metal is inserted into a die and then a mechanical press is activated to create the object. Aluminum, copper, zinc and stainless steel are some of the metals used for metal stamping.

Here at Australian Metal Stamping Company, our standard line of products ranges from 3C Products, Automotive Parts, Motor Parts, LED Parts and Builders Hardware. And for our special line, we do custom metal parts ranging from simple to complex. Above all, we can manufacture from one piece to bulk orders of thousands depending on what a customer prefers.

3C Products

Means all metal parts and accessories in computers, consumer electronics and communications.  The most popular products we manufacture in this category are computer cases. We can create any size or shape you need. Be it for an old Commodore 64 of the 80s or a new Dell Inspiron15 laptop, we can make it. Moreover, we also design and manufacture computer monitor bases, laptop stands, computer control panels, television and speaker stands, server chassis, mouse shells, and what-have-you. This is one advantage of custom metal stamping. We create based on your exact specifications and, worse scenario, there is no more shop that sells it.

Automotive Parts

Are metal parts for cars and vehicles much like the ones sold at auto shops. At one time, you may have come across the terms OEM and ODM when you needed to replace an auto part. OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer and is a company that produces parts and equipment that may be marketed by another manufacturer. On the other hand, ODM means Original Design Manufacturer, and is a company that designs and manufactures a product which is specified and eventually branded by another firm for sale. Such companies allow the brand firm to produce (either as a supplement or solely) without having to engage in the organization or running of a factory. Australian Metal Stamping Company is both an OEM and ODM. We cut the middle companies  for you, so you can have an auto part, based on your own specifications, directly manufactured by us at a faster, cheaper cost and even more durable. We can create just about any auto part, be it for a new model or vintage car.

Motor Parts

Are one of the first products that Australian Metal Stamping Company started making from forty years back. Since then till now, individuals and auto repair shops in Taiwan and Australia are purchasing from us for the sole reason of custom metal stamping with our signature attention and faithfulness to detail and quality.  The most popular motor parts we manufacture are stainless steel motor covers and stainless steel parts used for making laths. You can tell us your motor part specifications, we will create it at a much lower cost than auto parts retail shop and we can go the extra mile to send you instructions on how to install it yourself. You also cut on installer cost right there.

LED Parts

Are the ones in a Light-Emitting Diode bulb, smart phones, digital cameras and GPS devices. These could be any part of an LED lampshade or an LED heat sink. Since almost all countries all over the world have now opted to use LEDs, with the belief that such consume less energy, shine brighter and last longer, Australian Metal Stamping Company has a growing international list of these companies ordering regularly LED components. Retail shops do not commonly stock up on replacement parts. Your only option then is to buy anew. We fill in that need. We can create it for you, big or small part. Our LED parts use one or more of the following metal alloys: aluminum, steel, titanium, zinc or nickel.

Builders Hardware

Refers to a group of metal hardware specifically used for protection, decoration and convenience in buildings and homes. Common examples are door handles, door hinges, deadbolts, latches, numerals, letter plates, switch plates and door knockers. These are commonly available in brass, steel, aluminum, stainless steel and iron. But what if your building and/or home, built in the 60s or 70s, has a broken front door handle, but its lock assembly still works fine. You find yourself on a hunt for that particular door handle in all the big hardware shops in town that will match its deadbolt lock. And you find none. What will you do? You have to replace the entire set of handle & lock which definitely costs more. This is where we can help you at the least cost possible. We can create exactly that broken door handle and ship it directly to you.

In keeping with our radically ever-changing time in quest for the fastest, reliable yet low-cost ways of things, metal stamping has been replacing other metal forming processes (such as forging and die casting). On the overall, it cuts a lot on production time and costs.

So fret not and stop your retail shop hunting for metal parts that you will never find.

We have our full-staff of industrial designers and engineers waiting to assist you.
